Traditional x-rays can reveal a lot about your needs, but they can also expose patients to radiation and have to be developed with harmful chemicals. What’s more, that traditional x-rays have to be stored safely for later reference.
Compare this with digital radiography, which exposes patients to 90 percent less radiation and does not require developing with harmful chemicals. Instead, the results of your x-rays are available immediately. We also do not have to worry about physically storing them anywhere because we can simply save them to our computer system. Since your x-rays are so easy to access, we can always refer to them later, or we can share them with a specialist if we need to make a referral for you.
